Pepto Systems is an IT and engineering consulting company that works with high-tech solutions in program development, optimization, data communication and data-driven decision making.
The business revolves around providing consulting services and software in Sweden and internationally. Services and software intended to improve our customers business systems with regard to productivity, accessibility and above all finances. The majority of our customers are found among large Swedish and foreign industrial companies, financial companies and healthcare companies.

Pepto has a clearly stated quality policy. It is always included in every stage of our projects. Pepto must offer the customer services that are of such quality that they deserve and win the customer's full trust.
In order to realize our quality policy, operations are conducted according to the following guidelines:- We must be aware of the importance of quality for the company and perform services, taking this into account, in a competent manner. The basis for this must be ongoing competence development of the staff.
- We must have a documented organization and distribution of responsibilities that affect the business and its quality.
- Our services must be based on the customers' needs and be conducted with a focus on meeting the right quality.
- Suppliers and sub-consultants who are engaged must meet our quality requirements.
- Work methods that ensure the right quality must be used.
- Marketing and service sales must take place in a correct and instructive manner. Promises that give customers expectations that cannot be fulfilled must not occur.
- Our quality requirements must be documented in assignment-specific quality plans.
- The effectiveness of the quality system must be continuously monitored through quality audits.
- The quality work shall include all services performed during planning, investigations, control and inspection.
- The quality work must be directed towards annual objectives in order to improve the quality work.
Pepto's environmental policy is actually quite simple. We must offer the customer services that take such environmental considerations into account that we gain the customer's full trust while at the same time exposing the environment to the least possible strain.
Since we are a company that delivers IT services, we do not belong to the type of company that exposes the environment to great stress. We have an environmental policy in any case. By having a clear quality and environmental policy, we show our surroundings and not least our customers that we are serious and long-term. Both in the relationship with our environment in general and our customers in particular.

- All employees must continuously develop their skills in the environmental area.
- Environmentally proven solutions must be chosen before new and unknown ones.
- Resourcefulness is better than reuse, recycling, incineration or landfill.
- Environmentally better materials must be chosen when functionally equivalent ones are available.
